10 years on from the London Olympics we had the opportunity to help celebrate with a festival, at the amazing facilities at the Olympic Legacy Park. Saturday, we had our training at the pitches and could sample lots of different activities on show at the park, we even tried meditation!
Sunday, we had a festival where there was an opportunity to try out blind football and there was a training session for players with CP (cerebral palsy). We entertained a team from Mencap, who brought a team of lads and a team of girls. This was a great weekend for all the participants and all went home happy with medals around their necks.
